The Roots

My work is inspired by both personal experience, amazing teachers like Bashar, and ongoing education. I am currently completing the Women’s Cyclical Living Certification through Cyclical Living (https://www.cyclicalliving.co), a 100-hour program focused on understanding the natural seasons of a woman’s cycle, as well as perimenopause and menopause. I have also completed the Liberated Learning Certification through Liberated Learning (https://liberatedlearning.org), which explores decolonization, earth-based education, ancestral remembering, connection to nature, and integrating these teachings into everyday family life.

In my own life, I actively practice revisiting and incorporating indigenous and earth-centered ways of living, including connecting with nature, observing seasonal rhythms, honoring community, learning from ancestral traditions, and bringing these practices into parenting and daily life.

As a first-generation college graduate, teen mother, and lifelong learner, I understand what it feels like to navigate healing, growth, parenting, and self-discovery all at the same time.

I believe we are meant to support one another by sharing our experiences, knowledge, perspectives, and stories. Sometimes all we need is one person who understands, listens, and reminds us that we are not alone. My hope is to create that space while sharing the tools, practices, and lessons that have helped me along my own journey.

“Honoring our cycles, learning from nature, and living in harmony with the earth was once labeled ‘woo woo’ but truly it’s remembering how we were meant to live.” 🌿
